How do I return a faulty book to you?

Yes, we will replace all faulty products completely free of charge. Should we spell words incorrectly, we will replace the book immediately, also free of charge. If the person placing the order makes a mistake, and this is discovered after the book has been produced, we will replace it at an additional cost. We do not charge a fee for any errors amended prior to production of the book. Should a customer require a refund, we will be happy to refund the cost of a faulty product, provided the item is returned to us. We do not refund postage costs. Our aim is to keep you happy!
