Our postage costs are kept to a minimum. Your books will be posted to you by 1st class post. The total costs of both options are given to you in the shopping basket. Rates range from 90p per book by second class post to £2.50 per book by first class post for large A4 books. Our books are despatched as soon as they are produced, so if you order multiple books they may be posted separately.

How much do you charge for postage?
When will my order be delivered?
Where the book is in stock, we aim to deliver within 10 days or less. In most cases during non-peak periods, we deliver within 5 days, however, our Disney and Special Adventure titles require 10 working days for delivery.
What is your last ordering date for Christmas delivery?
We will take orders until 15th December 2013 for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas. Orders for Disney and Special adventure titles must be placed by Friday 6th December at 1.00pm to ensure they are despatched in time for Christmas. Orders placed after this date will not be guaranteed to arrive by 25th December. Orders received when our offices close for Christmas will be processed when our offices re-open in the New Year.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Can I collect my order from your offices?
During non-busy periods, we can deliver to children outside the UK, however, please contact immediately the order has been placed by email info@mycleverbooks.co.uk. You will be required to pay for the additional postage and service charge costs prior to your order being despatched.
Yes, you may pick up your order with prior arrangement from our offices at 272 London Road, Wallington SM6 7DJ.
What if my order does not arrive in time for Christmas. What can I do?
Your order
In the unlikely event that you book does not arrive in time for Christmas, you will get a full refund. If your order was despatched in time for Christmas but it failed to arrive by 24th December, please return the book on arrival for a refund. We cannot give full refunds unless the product is returned to us. If you do wish to keep the book on arrival after Christmas, we will offer you a free paperback book valued at £4.99 as compensation for the delay. If you returned an incorrect order, this will be replaced free of charge.
