The book "A Birthday Surprise" is absolutely delightful and I'm sure it'll be treasured. My only small disappointment is that one of the names is spelt wrongly, it should have been Jack but has come out as Jacl - I can recitify it easily but otherwise it's a very special present for our granddaughter.

Sorry I didn't reply before, but we did receive the book on the Saturday, and this is the 1st I have looked at my emails!! Thank you very much, we thought the book was great, and then when I gave it as a present, the little boy was really made up, and so was his family, and enquiring about how I got it, so hopefully you may get some orders. We will be ordering some more in the future.

I have used MyCleverBooks before and that in itself answers your question about service: personally I would never return to a company whose service was anything less than good. However this is the first time I have purchased a title from your "budget" range and I am impressed with both the book and how quickly it arrived. Often personalised items are too expensive to consider for those token presents but this is ideal.

I feel I must write and tell you have grateful I am for your wonderful books and great customer service.

I have ordered and received 4 books from yourselves for my 2 Step-daughters my neice and my own daughters First Christmas and just had to let you know that I was absolutely thrilled to bits by all 4 of them. There were a couple of minor errors with my daughters book, which after one quick phone call and a very helpful lady later the book was returned and re-dispatched within the week. Now thats what I call good service!!!

I have recommended you to all of my friends with children and told them how fabulous your books are and I cannot wait to see the girls faces Christmas day when they see themselves on an adventure with Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs!!!! Their little faces will be a picture!!! My daughters book the "Special Delivery" is especially wonderful and very special to us, as it contains details and photos of her birth and we will treasure it for many years to come.
