How do I place an order for a personalised book?
How do I order additional books for the same child?
There is an additional field on each order form which allows you to enter and order the book title of an additional book for the same child.
I would like to order books for several children. How do I do this?
Simply fill in a separate order form for each child. You may have up to 3 friend's names in each book but only one child stars in the story. If you would each child to be the star in the story, then you will need to order a book for each child.
I am having problems processing my order. What do I do?
I would like to include a photo in the book, how do I send it to you?
If you encounter any problems in processing your order, please email us immediately during office hours info@mycleverbooks.co.uk. We will do our best to assist you and if necessary we will take the order over the phone.
We can include photos in some, not all our books. We only accept photos in jpeg or gif formats. Photos cannot be included in any Disney or Special Adventure titles. To send us the picture simply email it to info@mycleverbooks.co.uk along with your name and the child's name. If you have your order number, please quote this when sending the photo.
